I finished my B.S. in Computer Science at George Mason University in 2026. The
coursework that stuck with me most was the low-level material — Operating
Systems, Network Systems, Database Concepts — because it explains the layer
underneath the error message. When a machine misbehaves, I would rather know
why than guess.
Alongside school I co-founded Entim Labs, where I am the sole engineer on
client web projects and the person clients call when something breaks. That
role taught me the part of support that is not technical: listening to a
frustrated person, asking the right questions, and explaining the fix without
jargon.
Across six-plus years I worked in high-volume restaurants, finishing as a shift
lead. It is not a technical background, but it is where I learned to stay calm
with a queue in front of me and keep people informed while I work.
